The Persian Acting-Chargé d'Affaires presents
his compliments to His Majesty's Principal Secretary
of State for Foreign Affairs and, with reference to
his Note No. T 15010/15010/371 of the 11th December
last, returning therewith two Writs of Summons granted
by the High Court of Justice at Tehran for service on
the firm of Arratoon V. Apear and Company and Agha Mohamed
Ally respectively, both of Hongkong, has the honour to
return these herewith, together with translations thereof
in English, in accordance with his Excellency's
request.
